Hola, I’m Shelly.

I co-create a space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and empowered on your journey. I support individuals navigating trauma, life transitions, grief, and challenges related to identity and self-discovery.

I believe you are the expert of your own experiences, and I am here to co-create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore, heal, and thrive. I use a combination of somatic modalities, expressive arts, and emotion-focused therapy to help you reconnect with your body, emotions, and with the world around you.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing is not a linear path but a journey of unfolding. Together, we’ll explore what is most meaningful for you- whether that’s reclaiming your voice, setting new boundaries, or transforming painful patterns.

I look forward to connecting with you.

Working together

    • Our work together is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I create a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment or pressure.

    • Sessions are interactive and experiential- you won’t just be talking about your experiences, but also engaging in practices that help you process, release, and transform them.

    • My style is warm, intuitive, and direct, balancing deep emotional work with practical tools to help you navigate life with more ease and clarity.

    • I am deeply committed to providing culturally-informed care, recognizing that our personal histories are shaped by our unique backgrounds and the communities we are part of. I work with you to create a healing process that respects and honors your individual needs and values.

    • My approach to healing is holistic, integrating mind, body, and spirit to support deep transformation. Through somatic modalities and expressive arts, I co-create a space where you can pause, find peace, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

    • I primarily work with adults processing childhood trauma, navigating relationship challenges, and moving through life transitions.

    • However, you don’t need to be facing any specific issue to work with me. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive space for growth- helping you build a deeper, more authentic connection with yourself and others, no matter where you are on your journey.
